The President of the International Football Federation (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, spoke about the possible introduction of clean playing time in football. It is reported by Calciomercato.

According to him, the organization and the International Football Association Board (IFAB) have thought about this issue. “We need to find some solution. We will make several proposals, which will then be tested,” said Infantino.

The functionary admitted that some would take such a proposal with skepticism. “But the IFAB is open to any suggestions that are aimed at improving football,” he added.

On May 28, Elkhan Mammadov, Head of the European Department of FIFA National Associations, made a statement about Russian football. He expressed his hope to return Russian football to the international arena in the near future.
